Bagua in Warsaw

Bagua isn't specially popular in Poland.
That martial art is more popular in West Europe like for example French or Germany.
Bagua, Tai chi, and xingyi are kinds of internal kung fu. About that styles - especially about bagua is more legends like facts. It is a little bit weird for me, bcs bagua only look like very difficult for training, but if just know it a little bit more all start to be quite simple. Application of movements are simple too.
   Today I just found in some polish park Szczęśliwice a nice place for training with wooden pole and I just send a little demonstration to be try to show a few what's bagua.
